Q: The device is reset normally after the power is turned on for the first time, sometimes it can print normally, sometimes it cannot print normally (there is no action after printing or restarting the machine)

A: Replace the mainboard  

Replacing the Electromechanical board  

Check whether the input voltage of the power box is 220V ac and the output voltage of the power box is 24V DC
